We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and personable Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and address any issues raised, demonstrating a passionate understanding of customer problems and desired outcomes.

  • Design and deliver product trainings, educational webinars, and comprehensive onboarding sessions for clients.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business strategies to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

  • Lead onboarding projects for new clients, meticulously planning, executing, and delivering on customer success milestones.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate customer needs and facilitate problem resolution.

  • Create documentation, deliver presentations, and generate reports for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance, Business Administration, or IT.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-centric role at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven ability to empathise with customer challenges and requirements.

  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is advantageous.

  • Industry-specific knowledge and/or project management experience are desirable.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with B2B sales tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
