Haikun Jia 贾海昆

Haikun Jia has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been an Assistant Professor at Tsinghua University. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Principal Engineer at eTopus Technology, Inc. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at HKUST, where they worked on the high-speed baseband-over-fiber (BoF) fiber-millimeter-wave hybrid system for 5G network. An optical receiver with on-chip photodetector and adaptive equalizer supporting 18 Gbps data rate and a wideband direct-conversion transmitter frontend employing QPSK modulation were integrated on a single chip in CMOS process.

Haikun Jia received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Visiting Student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at National Taiwan University. Haikun Jia then returned to Tsinghua University and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2015.
