Neta Gur-Sharon

Neta Gur-Sharon is an experienced Talent Development and Organizational Transformation leader, currently serving as the Talent Development and Experience Director at eToro since January 2025. Previously, Neta held the role of Global Organizational and Talent Development at Tower Semiconductor and led Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation at Philip Morris International. Neta's career includes significant contributions as an OD Business Partner at Amdocs, a consultant at AKT, and as an independent consultant, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at Hay Group, O.C.I, and serving as an organizational behavior lecturer at Open University. Neta holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Haifa.
