Mhr Deocha Reese-Johnson

Deocha Reese-Johnson, MHR, serves as a Human Resources Partner at ETR since November 2021, contributing to a non-profit focused on enhancing health outcomes and promoting health equity. Involvement with The Black In HR (TM) began in June 2021. Prior experience includes a decade at Georgia-Pacific LLC as an HR Business Partner, where support was provided in various HR functions for approximately 400 non-union employees. Earlier roles included participation in Eaton Corporation's Leadership Development Program and an internship at Duke Energy Corporation, where contributions were made to strategic HR initiatives. Deocha holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
