Christiana Moshe-ILok has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and positions. CHRISTIANA started their career in 2000 with Standard Trust Bank, where they worked as a Teller Customer Service and later as a Funds Transfer Officer. In 2003, they joined UBA Group as a Cash Officer and worked there until 2006.

Afterward, Christiana joined United Bank for Africa (UBA) plc in 2009 and held multiple roles within the organization. CHRISTIANA served as an Area Operations Manager, responsible for managing branch operations and staff training. Later, they became a Profit Center Manager and worked closely with the Business Manager to achieve profitability targets. Additionally, they worked as a Business Manager, focusing on retail banking, SMEs, and large corporates.

In 2014, Christiana joined First Bank of Nigeria Ltd as a Business Manager Commercial, where they developed and executed market strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

In 2016, Christiana joined eTranzact International PLC and served as the Head of Business Analysis, responsible for analyzing business requirements and improving operational efficiency. CHRISTIANA also served as the Group Head of Customer Service and Support, overseeing the customer service department, implementing a 24/7 call center, and integrating a state-of-the-art customer service platform.

CHRISTIANA Moshe-ILok has a diverse education history, spanning various fields of study and certifications. In terms of formal education, they started by obtaining a Secondary School Certificate in General Studies from the Federal Government Girls' College Gusau in 1993. CHRISTIANA then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, graduating in 1998.

Building on their undergraduate studies, CHRISTIANA went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Lagos State University between 2006 and 2008. Their postgraduate degree enhanced their knowledge and expertise in the field of finance.

In terms of specialized training, CHRISTIANA obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from The London Academy Business School in 2015. CHRISTIANA furthered their skills in Human Resources Management by completing a Certificate course from Data Training Campus in 2020.

Additionally, CHRISTIANA has pursued several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2014, they became a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Completion for Public Speaking from Udemy, and they also completed a course on QMS Implementation from the Standards Organisation of Nigeria. Furthering their knowledge in the field of Human Resources, they acquired a Certificate of Completion for a Comprehensive Course on Human Resources Management from Udemy, and they obtained an HR Practitioner License from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) in 2021.

Continuing their quest for knowledge and development, CHRISTIANA pursued an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022 and completed a Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in the same year. CHRISTIANA also obtained certifications in specialized areas such as Sales Skills for Closing High-End Tickets from Udemy in 2020 and a Certificate of Completion for a course on Designing a Signature Coaching or Consulting Programme from Udemy in 2021.

For their ongoing professional development in management, CHRISTIANA is currently pursuing a Management Practice License from the Nigerian Institute of Management, with an expected completion date in 2024.
