Andreas Tigkas

Andreas Tigkas has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. In 2002, they started their career as a Cashier at KTEL ETOLOAKARNANIAS SA and worked there until 2009. Andreas then joined Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications Market Unit Greece as a Finance Trainee from 2009 to 2010. Andreas then moved to Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications in Sweden and held the position of Financial Officer from 2010 to 2012. During their time there, they were heavily involved in the Global Finance Transformation project. In 2012, Andreas joined Sony Mobile Communications as a Financial Analyst, where they worked on various projects and had responsibilities in tax compliance, transfer pricing, and financial reporting. Andreas was later promoted to the role of Financial Controller from 2013 to 2015 and then to Senior Financial & Tax Controller from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Andreas joined Etraveli Group as the Accounting Director for a brief period. Since 2018, they have been working at Etraveli Group in various roles, including Finance Director and Director, Head of Global Tax and International expansion. Andreas has been involved in a wide range of finance and tax-related responsibilities, including transfer pricing, tax audits, mergers and acquisitions, and finance improvements. Andreas has also played a significant role in the global expansion of the company, setting up new legal entities in multiple countries.

Andreas Tigkas completed their BSc in Economics, Finance, and International Trade at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 2001 to 2005. Andreas then pursued an MBA in Management, Finance, Economics, and Marketing at the University of Piraeus from 2007 to 2009. In July 2014, they obtained the certification of Registered Accountant A' Class from the Economic Chamber of Greece.
