Sindu Aven

Sindu Aven is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of R&D at ETS India since February 2023. Sindu also holds the position of Director at both OrangeSlates, overseeing content development and teacher assessment projects, and AcadMart, where efforts focus on product standardization for the educational marketplace. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Praxis Home Retail Limited, Head of Content and Learning Design at Future Learning, and significant contributions to Zee Learn and Save The Children India as an Education Consultant. Sindu's leadership extends internationally through involvement with OMEP WORLD. A holder of a Master’s in Education from the University of Mumbai, Sindu showcases a passion for enhancing educational practices and product development across diverse learning environments.
