Carly Rae Lynch is an experienced leader in customer support and enablement, currently serving as the Director of Enablement for Customer Support & Services at Etsy since May 2018. In this role, Carly oversees three teams focused on training and development, resource management, and performance quality for a globally outsourced workforce of over 600 agents. Carly's previous positions at Etsy include Senior Manager for Enablement & Operations and Manager for Buyer Experience. Prior to Etsy, roles included Hiring & Training Coordinator and Production Site HRBP at a global print-on-demand e-retailer, as well as various management positions in operations and hospitality. Carly holds a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
