Emily Mills

Emily Mills has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Analytics at Etsy since June 2021, following roles as the Senior Program Manager and Program Manager in the same field. Prior to Etsy, Emily worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Global Manager of People Continuity and held various positions at Walmart Global Tech and Venture For America, including HR Operations Manager II and People Operations Manager. Emily's early career included a role as Coordinator of External Affairs at Teach For America. Emily Mills holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
