Andrzej Nowik

Andrzej Nowik has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Andrzej started their career as a System Administrator at Royal Unibrew in 2004. Andrzej then worked as a Software Developer at Koprin Sp. z o.o. for a brief period in 2006. In the same year, they joined IT Know How as a Software Developer, where they built a backend for a financial system.

From 2007 to 2009, Andrzej worked at InfoAkta s.c. as a Software Developer, participating in various software development projects such as a Document Management ERP system and a Workflow System. Andrzej was involved in all phases of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, and deployment.

In 2010, Andrzej briefly worked as a Software Developer at eSysCoder, where they designed and developed a taxi call-center system.

From 2009 to 2015, Andrzej worked at REC Global as a Software Engineer. Andrzej gained experience in software development, technical leadership, project estimations, and collaboration with foreign clients. Andrzej also conducted technical interviews with job candidates and led internship groups.

Starting from 2015, Andrzej joined Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists as a Senior Software Developer. Andrzej worked on projects related to the hospitality industry, involving technologies such as Azure, .Net/C#, Microservices, RabbitMq, MongoDb, and Docker. Andrzej also served as a Team Leader, leading a team of software developers.

Currently, Andrzej is working at Etteplan as a Lead Software Engineer, responsible for developing an Asset Operations system for an Energy Industry client. Andrzej is proficient in various technologies such as Azure, .Net/C#, Angular, ServiceBus, Docker, and CosmosDb. Andrzej also manages subcontractors for the project.

Throughout their career, Andrzej has accumulated a wide range of skills and experience in software development, leadership, project management, and client collaboration.

Andrzej Nowik completed their education at the University of Technology Koszalin. From 2003 to 2007, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Programming and Computer Networks. Andrzej then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Database Management Systems from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Andrzej Nowik has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" in 2023, "Exam: 70-536 Microsoft .NET Framework - Application Development Foundation" in 2011, and "Exam: 70-528 Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - Web-based Client Development" in 2010.
