Alexandros Anastasiadis has extensive work experience in the field of talent management, human resources, and training. Alexandros began their career in 2005 at the Ministry of Public Order & Citizen Protection in the Hellenic Republic, where they held various roles including Deputy Head of CEPOL Unit and Training Coordination Officer. In 2011, they joined the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) as a Seconded National Expert for e-Learning. In 2013, they moved to eu-LISA, where they have held several positions, including Training Officer, Team Leader for Learning and Development, Acting Head of Human Resources Unit, and currently, Head of Talent Management Sector. In their current role, they manage various activities related to the employment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations. Alexadros has a strong background in implementing competency-based human resources management and promoting employee wellbeing and the values of eu-LISA.

Alexandros Anastasiadis completed their Master of Arts degree in e-Learning Design and Development at Munster Technological University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from University Athens between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have certifications as an Agile HR Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community and as a Certified Strategic HR Leader from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
