The leadership team at EUC Nordvestsjælland has a history of working with youth, education, and development. The team has worked with various organizations including the Center for Ungdomsstudier og Religionspædagogik, Børne- og Ungdomsklubben Plug-in, NEXT Kursuscenter København, CPH WEST, and Handelsskolen Ishøj og Taastrup. The team has a diverse educational background, with degrees in Sociologi, Social anthropology, Law and Economics, and Voksenpædagogik.
