Aina Acosta

Aina Acosta is the Chief Culture Officer at Euclid Transactional and is responsible for cultivating an inclusive and effective work environment that promotes Euclid’s cultural values and initiatives. With over 15 years of operational and organizational experience in business, Aina promotes communication and operational alignment, fosters recognition, and sets goals for the team. As part of the leadership team, she supports and creates the structure for an entrepreneurial, growth-focused, dynamic company. Prior to joining the firm, Aina was a Business Administrator at a hedge fund where she managed industry research and built connections with brokers and investor relations professionals to support business development. Aina earned her B.B.A from Pontifica Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.
