Stephanie Davidson

Stephanie "Steph" Davidson serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at the National MS Society since May 2024, where responsibilities include advancing research and advocating for those affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Additionally, Stephanie owns Steph & Co. Consulting, and has held various leadership positions including Chief People Officer at Denny's and Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer at Modern Meadow. Previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Bar Louie, as well as multiple vice presidential roles in human resources at Macy's. Stephanie began her career at Target and has held board positions at organizations such as Southwest University at El Paso. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Education from Wayland Baptist University and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Walden University, Stephanie combines a deep commitment to organizational culture with extensive experience in human resources leadership.
