Nicole Nichols

Nicole Nichols currently serves as the Chief Culture and Inclusion Officer at LPL Financial, a position held since November 2015, where responsibility includes leading company-wide culture transformation and promoting employee engagement. Prior roles at LPL Financial also encompass Senior Vice President of Human Capital, Advisor & Employee Learning, and Vice President of Learning and Development, focusing on training strategies and compliance learning solutions. Before joining LPL Financial, Nicole was the Learning and Development Manager at Belk, enhancing workforce performance solutions, and held various positions at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering from Johnson C. Smith University.
