Aleena Raza

Aleena Raza is a Senior Paralegal at Euclid Transactional. She works on the Counsel team and is responsible for reviewing confidentiality agreements, access letters, non-reliance letters, and other legal documents crucial to initiating the underwriting process. Prior to joining the team, Aleena was working as a Conflicts Specialist at an IP law firm in Manhattan where her interest in law first sparked. Aleena graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Peace and Justice Studies at Pace University.
