Carlos Crespo-Dualde

Carlos is Vice President based in the EMEA office, and is responsible for underwriting tax liability risks for clients across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Euclid, Carlos passed his Bar exam and qualified as a Tax Lawyer in Spain, and subsequently practised at various firms including Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and PwC, where he advised on a broad range of issues regarding tax planning, M&A and restructuring, as well as other matters concerning international, European and Spanish taxation. Carlos graduated in Law with honors and holds two LLMs specialized in tax and business Law. He also lectured international and Corporate Income Tax planning at the University in Spain for several years.
