Dave Luckett

Dave Luckett is a Managing Director at Euclid Transactional, working within an EMEA team that is focused on expanding Euclid Transactional’s coverage in the region and ensuring that the company’s innovation, culture, and success are consistent on both sides of the Atlantic. Dave has advised on transactions across Africa (particularly South Africa) and on a large number of European jurisdictions, including in Southern Europe and Central and Eastern Europe. He has gained a decade of experience in M&A, with specific expertise in private equity buyouts and secondaries. Prior to joining Euclid, Dave was a Senior Underwriter within the M&A team at a global insurer and practiced as a corporate solicitor at DLA Piper. Dave is a dual-qualified solicitor (England and Wales and South Africa).
