Denise Veliky

AVP, Claims at Euclid Transactional

Denise Veliky is an Assistant Vice President, Claims Euclid Transactional. In this role, she focuses on assessing and processing claims quickly and on ensuring that each client receives a fair, effective resolution. Denise excels at working at deal speed for clients and has helped facilitate the underwriting of over 500 representations and warranties insurance policies during her time at the firm. Prior to joining the team, Denise worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she advised on failed bank receivership and Federal Tort Claims Act litigation. Denise received her B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

While in law school, Denise competed in the National ABA Representation in Mediation Competition and the FINRA Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon, served as Mediation Editor for the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society and served as Associate Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Denise is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
