Jake Filak

Jake Filak is a Managing Director at Euclid Transactional, where he underwrites Representations & Warranties and other transactional liability insurance policies. Prior to joining the team, Jake worked as an attorney at Lowenstein Sandler L.L.P with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate counseling. Jake holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
