Julia Stumpf

Julia joined us as M&A Associate and is based in the Frankfurt office. She brings substantial expertise, having previously worked for another W&I insurance provider in Germany. Prior to joining the W&I insurance market, Julia was a transaction manager at DAX-listed pharmaceuticals company Merck, where she was part of the M&A Transactions and Corporate Governance legal team. She began her career as a transaction manager in the Corporate and M&A department of the global law firm Ashurst. Julia holds an LL.M degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Law from the MCI, Innsbruck, which included a semester at Copenhagen Business School.
