Senior Vice President at Euclid Transactional

Sedi Asem is a Senior Vice President at Euclid Transactional. He is responsible for underwriting transactional risk in domestic and global mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining the team, Sedi spent almost four years at White & Case LLP where he was a corporate attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group. Prior to that position, he was a government contracts accountant at CACI International. Sedi graduated with a B.B.A from Marymount University and holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. In his spare time, Sedi enjoys traveling, attending live events, and serves as the co-head of the mentoring program of DREAMChasers, an initiative that provides free tutoring and mentoring to low-income and underrepresented middle school students who are interested in attending one of New York City’s specialized high schools.
