The executive team at Eugene Country Club has a long history of experience in the culinary industry. The team is led by Executive Chef, who has worked at Marche Restaurant and Heathman Restaurant. The team also consists of a Chef De Cuisine, who has a degree from the University of Oregon in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
