Kira Hutchens

Kira Hutchens, SHRM-CP, CCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) since August 2010, Kira oversees HR initiatives for an organization of over 500 employees, focusing on total rewards, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Partner, where Kira provided strategic guidance on compensation and performance management, and Human Resources Administrator at Emergency Veterinary Hospital, managing all HR functions.
