Linda Maegi

Linda Maegi has a significant amount of experience in human resources and management roles. Linda began their career at ATK in 1994 as a Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist, where they managed the HR function for a manufacturing facility and also worked on HR projects at the business unit and group level. In 2009, they joined Medtronic, Inc. as a Prin HR Operations Analyst and later became the Supervisor of HR Data and Employment Services. During their time at Medtronic, they led various HR Operations projects and was a member of the HR Operations Center Leadership Team. In 2013, they briefly worked at Elk River Area Schools, ISD 728 as the Manager of Employee Benefits & Retirement Programs, where they managed and administered health, welfare, and retirement plans and programs for the school district. Since 2014, Linda has been working at Connexus Energy, initially as a Human Resources Manager and currently as the VP of Human Resources. In their current role, they provide strategy and leadership for the organization in the areas of Human Resources, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Facilities Management and champions strategies with employees through communication and example. Linda also challenges existing practices by championing change.

Linda Maegi has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business/Finance from Mankato State University. Linda has also completed additional certifications and training, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), and Dale Carnegie Training.
