Shelby Boyd, MAOL, is an English Language Arts Teacher at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School. Previously, Shelby served as a 911 Police Dispatcher for the City of Rochester and as a Mental Health Specialist at Baker Victory Services. Shelby is also the Founder & CEO of Jsay Strategy Solutions, which focuses on youth outreach, social impact, and community wellness. Shelby holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Integrated Health Care Delivery.
