Chris Joseph

Chris Joseph is an experienced professional in higher education and technology development, currently serving as Special Advisor for Institutional Renewal and Advancement and Lead for the IT Skills Initiative at the International College of the Cayman Islands, and an Advisor at Euler Digital. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Minister of Post-Secondary Education Renewal and Director of Aurora College Transformation for the Government of Northwest Territories. Chris has a strong background in educational policy, strategic planning, and legislative frameworks, as demonstrated through leadership in creating the first Post-Secondary Education Act in the Northwest Territories. With a Ph.D. in Land Administration from the University of Otago, and extensive research and teaching experience, Chris has developed expertise in distance learning and technology integration across various educational settings.
