Adam Zonic

Copernicus Finance Coordinator at EUMETSAT

Adam Zonic has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Adam started as a Trainee Management Accountant at UK Ministry of Defence (DE&S) in 2005 and progressed to various finance roles within the organization, including General Ledger Supervisor and Finance Manager for Guns & Rockets Artillery Systems. In 2008, they became the Revenue & Project Accountant at ECMWF, where they were responsible for managing financial and administrative aspects of meteorological research projects. In 2015, Adam joined EUMETSAT as the Copernicus Finance Coordinator, acting as the main contact for financial matters with the European Commission.

Adam Zonic attended the University of Bath from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Management & German. In 2000, they further pursued their education at the University of Bath and obtained a Master's Degree in Contemporary European Studies in 2001.
