Angus Palmar has had a diverse work experience. Angus started their career as a Maintenance Assistant at St Catherine's School, Bramley in February 2014 and worked there until December 2020. During this time, they gained experience in maintenance tasks.
In September 2018, Angus took on multiple roles at The Undercroft Bar, serving as a Bar Supervisor and Security Supervisor until July 2020.
In September 2017, Angus worked as a Technical Director at University College, Durham University, until July 2020.
In December 2020, Angus joined Telespazio Germany GmbH as a Spacecraft Controller, where they operate and controls spacecrafts.
Finally, in August 2023, Angus is set to begin a new role as a Junior System Operations Engineer - Infrastructure Operations at EUMETSAT.
Angus Palmar's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Durham University, obtained from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Space Science and Technology from The Open University, starting in 2022. Prior to their university studies, Angus attended St Peters Catholic School, Guildford from 2010 to 2017.
