Luis Guerrero Yebenes

Luis Guerrero Yebenes has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Luis started their career in 2008 as a GNSS Engineer at GMV. In this role, they were responsible for working on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) projects.

In 2016, Luis joined EUMETSAT as a Flight Dynamics System Software Engineer and later took on the role of Flight Dynamics Service Manager and Expert Software Engineer. In these positions, they provided support to new missions procurements, requirements engineering, system architectural design, and operational concept consolidation. Luis also conducted software maintenance and evolution activities for current missions.

Luis Guerrero Yebenes obtained their Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In addition to their academic qualifications, Luis also holds two certifications in project management - the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management obtained in December 2021 from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management obtained in June 2022, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
