Virginia Comino

Virginia Comino has work experience in various engineering roles. From 2016 to the present, they worked as a LEO Jason-CS System Engineer at EUMETSAT. Prior to that, they worked at Indra from 2013 to 2015 as an AIV Ground Segment Engineer, where they were responsible for participation in GSV Planning, specification and definition of GSV Tests Cases and Procedures, analysis of requirements verification, and following up on verification activities. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Indra Espacio S.A. as an AIV Flight Operation Segment Engineer, where they were responsible for the integration, verification, and validation activities of the FOS subsystems. Virginia also conducted tasks such as defining the AIV logic and strategy, as well as specifying the AIV Plan. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an AIV Ground Station Engineer at Indra Espacio, and from 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Researcher at the University of Malaga.

From 1997 to 2003, Virginia Comino attended Universidad de Málaga, where they earned a M. Sc. Telecommunication Engineering Degree. Their field of study was Communications and Telematics.
