The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is searching for a Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing who will play a pivotal role in driving awareness at a regional level, generating pipeline, and fostering relationships across the dynamic public sector. Along with your team, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies to support our diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions with a primary focus on regional/national events and regional, face-to-face customer engagements. From trade shows to user forums and webinars to roundtables, we value the opportunity to interact with prospects and customers. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented leader to join our team and help us make the most of every interaction!

In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for all virtual and in-person marketing events. This vital role will coordinate and orchestrate the logistics and details leading up to and throughout the events and engagements. You’ll team up with sales and marketing to execute seamlessly and drive qualified pipeline that results in new business, cross sell, and upsell bookings. You’ll maintain the quarterly events calendar and determine how best to prioritize and assign work across resources. A results-oriented leader, you’ll manage your budget, track results, and report out on ROI as part of our collective team goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Own the overall strategy of the event portfolio working to bring the brand and message to life. Maintain our annual list of conferences and communicate regularly across the organization.

  • Research: With Sales, Product Strategy, and Product Marketing, identify regional opportunities to grow the business through new logo, cross sell, and upsell across the portfolio.

  • Execution: In partnership with Sales, plan and execute events such as trade shows, speaking engagements, roundtables, and any other new ideas you bring to the table!

  • Leadership: Manage and develop a team of regional field marketers to ensure consistency and high-level execution.

  • Communications: Plan and execute pre and post event/activity programs (email, digital, BDR outreach) to deliver maximum impact.

  • Project management: Work cross functionally and with vendors to keep projects on track and completed on time while keeping everyone accountable.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work across the programs, content, design, and ops teams to execute events. Build and manage relationships with vendors critical to successful execution.

  • Measure and communicate results: Manage a defined budget, track the progress of your initiatives and communicate the outcomes.

Requirements:

  • In this role, you will need to be agile in your approach to both marketing, day-to-day tasks, and the many hats you’ll wear.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Journalism, Statistics or similar area of study.

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Field or Event Marketing role with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

  • Experience working with Pardot and Salesforce in a SaaS/Tech company preferred.

  • Self-driven desire to learn, research and test new opportunities to drive engagement and results at events and conferences.

  • Problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to new technologies.

  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Location:

This position will be remote within Canada or the US.
