Rafael Gaj Smaletz

Rafael Gaj Smaletz is an Associate in Global Markets Advisory at Eurasia Group since December 2022. Previously, Rafael co-founded and served as vice-president of EXPORI Jr. FGV, leading strategic planning, project support, and financial/legal oversight. Rafael also held the position of Business Analyst at ForFuturing, focusing on responsible investment research and consultancy execution. Earlier experience includes a Business Intelligence Internship at Intelipost, where Rafael supported strategic decisions alongside C-Level staff, and roles as an Investor Relations Intern at InspIR Group and a Sales Consultant and Administrative/Financial Analyst at Prisma International Consulting. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from FGV RI and participated in an exchange program at Reichman University.
