Ruslan Kuatov Frm

Ruslan Kuatov, FRM, currently serves as an Expert at the Eurasian Development Bank, focusing on the implementation of Basel Committee standards and risk management methodologies. In addition, Ruslan Kuatov is an External Lecturer at both KBTU Kazakh British Technical University and Narxoz University, teaching courses in Portfolio Management and Equity Investments, respectively. Prior experience includes a significant role at the National Bank of Kazakhstan, where Ruslan Kuatov held various positions including Deputy Head of the Pension Assets Division, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Senior Analyst, managing substantial fixed income and gold portfolios, developing investment policies, and supervising external asset managers. Ruslan Kuatov's career also includes roles in risk management and analysis at ZIM and Real Invest Group, along with a background in Financial Risk Management education at Narxoz University. Ruslan Kuatov holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from KIMEP University.
