Augustine Raj

Augustine Raj possesses extensive experience in the geology and mining sectors, currently serving as Head of Exploration for MENA at Eurasian Resources Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Augustine Raj was with the Saudi Arabian Mining Company from July 2007 to September 2022, holding positions as Principal Geologist and Chief Geologist in Corporate Exploration. Previous roles include Manager of Resource Development/Projects at Ashapura Minechem Ltd, Deputy Manager of Geology & Mining/Exploration at H & R Johnson India Ltd, and a Geo Log Engineer at Oil Field Instrumentation. Early career experience includes work as an Assistant Geologist at Neyveli Lignite Corporation. Augustine Raj holds an MBA in Operational Management from the National Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Master in Applied Geology and Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Madras.
