Sergei Mitrichev

Sergei Mitrichev is currently the Head of learning analytics and HRIS at Eurasian Resources Group, where Sergei develops architecture for learning solutions and HR systems. Prior to this role, Sergei served as the Head of Corporate Training Development at Kazakhmys Corporation, where Sergei led T&D innovation projects. With a background in technical disciplines development and business consulting in the oil & gas sector, Sergei brings a wealth of experience to their current position. Sergei holds a MSc degree in Information Systems and has obtained CIPD qualifications in Learning and Development.
