Managing Director at Eurazeo

Guillaume is a Managing Director and a founding member of the Growth Equity practice at Eurazeo, Europe’s largest growth equity team with more than €4bn of AuM and 20 investors based in Berlin, London and Paris. As such, he is involved in sourcing, analyzing and carrying out investments in the digital and tech sectors globally.

Guillaume participated in rounds with a total amount raised of more than €5bn across the US, France and Southern Europe. He is a Board Member of Devo and Fever (both US-based) as well as Paris-based Descartes Underwriting. He also led Eurazeo’s investments in Algolia, Ankorstore, Dataiku, Qonto and Sorare, and participated in the investments in Doctolib, BackMarket and ManoMano. 

Beyond his investor role, Guillaume is also a startup founder and operator. In 2018 he co-founded Seyna, a French fintech company specialized in embedded insurance solutions, that has now more than 50 employees. The firm obtained in 2019 the first P&C insurance license for an independent French company in over 40 years.

Seyna, one of the fastest-growing insurtechs in Europe, has raised more than €45m since inception and its Series A was biggest insurtech Series A funding in 2022 globally.

Guillaume also has operational experience as Chief of Staff at Wakam, a specialized insurance carrier. At the beginning of his career, Guillaume spent 5 years at the Blackstone Group, in Europe and the US, where he was specialized in Financial Institutions. Guillaume graduated from HEC Paris with a Masters In Strategy. He was raised in the US and in France, and is fluent in French and English as well as conversational in Spanish.
