Fernando Porcel

Fernando Porcel has extensive experience in project management and international relations, currently serving as Head of Project Management & Administration and European Project Manager at Eurecat - Centro Tecnológico de Catalunya since March 2008. Prior to this role, Fernando worked in International Relations at Col·legi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya from 2001 to 2008. Fernando holds a Postgraduate degree in International Relations from Centro de Estudios Internacionales CEI (UB), completed in 2002, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, obtained in 2000.
