Kathleen Hermacinski

Kathleen Hermacinski is the current Human Resource Coordinator at Eureka College. Prior to their current position, they held various customer service positions at Illinois Central College, Robert Morris University, and Granite Broadcasting. In 2016, they completed Six Sigma Green Belt Training and started the Leadership Series Certification. Kathleen has also given presentations about the department to internal and external customers.

Kathleen Hermacinski has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Robert Morris University - Illinois in Business Administration and Management, General. Kathleen also has certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in Mental Health First Aid USA, QPR Institute in QPR Gatekeeper, Navigate360 in ALICE Training, and Microsoft in Microsoft Office Certified.
