Kristof Baltay

Kristof Baltay has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and logistics. Kristof is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at NNG LLC since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Officer for Human Resources and Logistics at DIGI from April 2022 to December 2022. From June 2019 to March 2022, Kristof was the Chief Executive Officer of ChatBoss Team. Kristof also worked as a Managing Partner - Country Representative at DEVELOR from March 2017 to March 2022, where they focused on leadership development and coaching. Before that, they worked as a Consultant as a freelancer from October 2016 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Kristof held various HR director positions at Lear Corporation, Erste Group Bank AG, General Electric, Avaya, and Avaya & Lucent Technologies. Kristof'sexpertise spans across regions such as Eastern Europe, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Emerging Markets.

Kristof Baltay obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economics from Szent Istvan University. Kristof completed their education at the university from 1996 to 2000.
