From 1999 to 2002, they served as an Apprentice Inventor at Eureka! Ranch, where they gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the business and worked with Fortune 500 clients to develop new products and services. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an Internet Strategy Manager at Chase, overseeing marketing messages, creating internet strategies, and coordinating with risk and operations teams. In 2005, they joined Eureka! Ranch again, this time as a VP, leading the review of innovation methods, developing new innovation systems, and securing a patent. In 2017, they became a Board Member at The Motz Group, and in 2019, they became a Board Member at Neals design. In 2021, they joined Moore Industries, Inc. as a Board Member.
