Patrick Shannon is an accomplished Senior Information Technology Manager with extensive experience in managing and integrating IT systems across multiple restaurant concepts, including Eureka!, La Popular, and The Amalfi Llama since January 2022. Previously, Patrick held roles as IT Project Manager at The Melt, where responsibilities included implementing technology solutions that enhanced customer satisfaction, and as a Retail Systems IT specialist at Peet's Coffee, overseeing POS hardware and software implementations.
