Joseph F. Cairone

Joseph F. Cairone has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joseph F. began their career at Agere Systems/Lucent Technologies in 1996 as a Mask Designer, where they successfully managed multiple projects and coordinated the integration of Opto mask design process. In 2001, they joined 3 E labs as a Project Manager before moving on to Greene Tweed Technologies in 2003, where they served as a Development Project Engineer. At Lancer Systems, from 2007 to 2008, they excelled as a Project Manager, overseeing operations, coordinating design and testing, and ensuring quality standards. From 2009 to 2011, Joseph worked at Microwave Photonic Systems in various roles such as QA Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Manufacturing-Production Manager. Currently, they hold multiple positions at FiberOptic.com, including Director of Training and Products, Product Portfolio Manager, and Product Manager/Sales Manager/Operations. Throughout their career, Joseph has showcased their strong management skills, proficiency in product development, and expertise in handling technical operations.

Joseph F. Cairone holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they obtained from Capitol Technology University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln Technical Institute from 1988 to 1991, where they earned an Associates degree in Electronics. Additionally, Joseph attended Moravian University in 1987 and 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Furthermore, they obtained a certification as a Fiber Optics Installer from ETA International in August 2022.
