Bohdana Sherehiy, Ph.D. is a Senior Consultant of Customer Insights and Human Factors Research at EurekaFacts. She provides expertise in the areas of customer experience, cognitive and affective research, and human factors.

Dr. Sherehiy has designed and managed numerous research projects evaluating customer needs and attitudes, outreach and communication campaign effectiveness, organizational and product safety for a variety organizations in public, nonprofit and private sector. Bohdana provides oversight and management to testing and research efforts associated with National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) assessments and surveys, the study of organizational decision-making across agencies and the development of high impact assessments of consumer safety across a wide range of products and devices. Bohdana Sherehiy is the author and co-author of multiple peer-reviewed publications, which include contributions to the Handbook of Standards and Guidelines in Ergonomics and Human Factors, Handbook of Occupational Ergonomics, and Neuroergonomics: The Brain at Work.

Dr. Sherehiy areas of expertise include questionnaire design and validation, cognitive interviewing methodology, mixed mode studies design, human centered design, advanced statistical analysis, and structural equation modeling. She is fully fluent in four languages.

Dr. Sherehiy holds PhD degree in Human Factors from the University of Louisville and a M.A. degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
