Kathy Toutlemonde

Kathy Toutlemonde is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as DRH site at EURENCO since June 2023, Kathy manages social relations and supervises payroll for multiple sites. Previously held the position of DRH at Exco, focusing on HR structure development and legal advisory for clients. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Rousselot, DRH at MATERIAUX SIMC, and Responsable RH at FARGAS RHONE ALPES, where Kathy led HR structural implementation and social relations. With a strong foundation in employment training from Jouve and early career experience as Responsable RH Junior at DAPTA-MALLINJOUD and Adjointe RRH at MANITOWOC POTAIN, Kathy possesses a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Management Social des Organisations from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Maîtrise in Sociology from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
