Lyubomyr Lyadyk began their work experience as an Optic Engineer at Ladis Ltd. in 2006. Lyubomyr then worked as a QA Engineer and later as a QA Project Leader at ELEKS from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they held the role of L10N Program Manager at ELEKS from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Lyadyk served as a Project Manager at ELEKS, where they managed multiple projects and maintained project strategies aligned with corporate methodologies. Lyubomyr also worked as the Head of PMO at ELEKS from 2016 to 2018, where they developed the mission, vision, values, and goals of the Project Management Office and ensured continuous process improvement. Later, Lyadyk became the Centres of Excellence Director at ELEKS from 2017 to 2018, where they aligned CoE strategies to achieve company strategic goals. In 2019, they became the Chief Strategy Officer at ELEKS, responsible for developing and refining the company's strategy based on market insights and C-level inputs. Most recently, in 2020, Lyadyk joined Euristiq as the Chief Operating Officer, leading the delivery of custom end-to-end IoT and software solutions for businesses.

Lyubomyr Lyadyk attended Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering. Lyubomyr then pursued further education at UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Science degree in Technology Management.
