Stefan Koelewijn

Stefan Koelewijn currently serves as the Director of Finance and IT at Euro-Caps B.V., a leading private label manufacturer of compatible coffee capsules, a role held since May 2017. Previously, Stefan held the position of Chief Financial Officer for ERS Railways, a subsidiary of Genesee & Wyoming, from June 2014 to May 2017, overseeing operations across four European countries. Prior to that, Stefan worked at Monier Group from October 2001 to August 2013, progressing from Chief Financial Officer for the Benelux region to Chief Financial Officer for Western Europe, where responsibilities included strategic planning and process optimization. Stefan began their career as a Finance Manager at Seiko MiniMail and later worked as a Controller at PGZ International. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Economics from Nyenrode Business University and a CMA certification from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Lean Green Belt certification.
