Akaki Goginashvili

Akaki Goginashvili has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Their most recent positions include being the Head of Business Development & Marketing at Lazzara Yachts and Euro Marine Group. Prior to that, they worked as an Export & Sales Manager at Shilda and as a Corporate Sales & Export Manager at JSC Panex. Akaki also has experience in marketing and project management, having worked as a Marketing & International Project Manager at Tsereteli Wine & Spirits and as a Project Development Manager at Rural Communities Development Agency - RCDA. In addition, they have completed internships in international marketing and sales at MEGA-P and Hidden Eye, and in new product development at Liko-R. Akaki also completed an internship in product development and marketing at CAPS! Chocolate, where they focused on product-market growth and market strategy in the Baltic countries.

Akaki Goginashvili pursued their education in various institutions. Akaki first completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the International Black Sea University (IBSU) from 2007 to 2010. Akaki then continued their studies at RISEBA University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from 2012 to 2013. Afterwards, they attended EM Normandie Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Cross-Cultural Marketing, Management & Negotiations from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, such as Advanced Google Analytics and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, as well as certifications in Corporate Governance and Social Responsibilities, Development of Moral Competence in Leadership and Management, and Project Management from relevant institutions. Akaki has also participated in various programs and training sessions related to business and economics.
