Silvia Almeida

Silvia Almeida de Sá is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and ESG strategy. Currently serving as Diretora de ESG e Qualidade at Grupo Euro17 since September 2021, Silvia develops and implements the company's ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values. Previous roles include Superintendente de RH and Gerente de RH, overseeing large teams and spearheading talent acquisition. Silvia also held a managerial position at Gaupe Recursos Humanos, where policies for major retail players were created and implemented. With a strong educational background, including an ongoing Master’s degree in Compliance and Governance from Ambra University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Live University, Silvia also holds a Bachelor’s in Law and a specialization in Labor Law.
