Konstantinos Tsiptsis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Business Analytics and Customer Value Management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Eurobank since April 2006. In this role, Konstantinos leads strategic initiatives aimed at personalization, innovative AI solutions, and value creation through effective practices in Customer Engagement and Feedback Management. Key achievements include the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Analytics, significant increases in advanced analytics usage, and successful implementation of a Campaign Management System.
